A more peaceful time…except for bears
Flash forward to a more peaceful time, a time long after the GI Joe – Cobra wars of the past. Two bitter enemies, Dusty and Storm Shadow have made peace with their own demons, and peace with each other. They have found forgiveness in their hearts, and are living together on a farming commune, sharing the fruits of their labors with their families. Little do they know that the peace they have longed for and now enjoy is about to be shattered by furry invaders.

When I was brainstorming the domain name for this website, there were a couple of domains on the reject pile. Want to know what they were?
HeelsAndHandGrenades.com – But I thought that was a little to violent sounding
KenIsAWimp.com – This was my frontronner for a while, but even though its true, I thought it was a little to negative and didn’t match the vibe I had in mind for the blog.
So that led us to GIJoeDad.com which I think is a perfect fit! What do you think?
Nooo, not the Cinderella horse!!
The sneaky, dastardly Storm Shadow was up to no good again. He kidnapped one of Cinderella’s horses (Gus perhaps?) and attempted to retreat to his secret lair high above the dining room table. How will Cinderella get to the ball without all of her horses? But brave GI Joe, Dusty was hot on his heels.
He’s a daddy…again!
I came home from work the other day to find that G.I. Joe desert trooper ‘Dusty’ and his wife Lily were expecting baby number 6! They gave birth to a healthy Polly Pocket girl thanks to Dr. Belle (played by D2). Unfortunately Dusty was called back to the battlefield with his fearless sidekick, My Little Pony (also played by D2). I hope his life insurance is paid up!
